COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc DS3815PAED1A1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gould products, including obsoleted and phased-out Goss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gould such as the 30220727 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E0306700111 manufactured by Goss and we are pleased to be able to service most Goss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5030951520 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fuji-Electric Brand 6KG1123F50X1A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Graco such as P20VM equipment made by Graco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Graco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Graco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VS500 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular SMA8215HP original spares produced by Glentek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GBK40SLBJ by Gmt and P20VM spares by Graco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GFCT3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giken. |
